Vintage Chiavari chair with high back and newly upholstered seat with a midnight blue mohair velvet. This is an elegant, festive chair with history. Based on the Empire style and also called Chiavarina. Italian design that has been popular since the early 19th century and is now enjoying a revival under the name Hollywood Regency.
