About this vintage design furniture
Mid-century Murano sommerso glass ashtray or small bowl - Italy, 1960s. ’’Sommerso’’ is a technique developed in Murano in the 1930s which became very popular in the 1950s60s. The result is a glass with contrasting colours that is commonly cased by a clear layer. Dimensions: height: 4,5 cm; width: 12,5 cm; depth: 12,5 cm. Excellent vintage condition.
