About this vintage design furniture
Large round bowl in the shape of a flattened ball with a rounded neck. In glass tinted in the mass, blown on the fly and worked with the tool. Published in 1955 and 1956, very few models made in this color. Engraved underneath "Holmegaard PL". Excellent condition.

About the designer
Per LÜTKEN
Per Lütken was a Danish glass designer born on March 17, 1916 in Copenhagen and died on July 19, 1998 in Holte, Denmark. He is best known for his work as senior designer at Holmegaard, a Danish glass company, from 1942 until his death.
