About this vintage design furniture

Three 1970’s table lamps designed by Motoko Ishii. Manufactured by Staff Leuchten in Germany. This unique ‘Space Age’ lamp consists of a large transparent glass shade and a chrome plated cylindric base. The lamps are in a very good condition, minor wear consistent with age and use. The lamps are sold individually. The price is per piece.

Motoko ISHII

Motoko Ishii is a renowned Japanese lighting designer born in Tokyo in 1937. She graduated from Musashino Art University in 1960 and began her career as a graphic and advertising designer before concentrating on lighting design.
