About this vintage design furniture

Glamorous 10-arm brass and glass leaf chandelier designed by Carl Fagerlund and manufactured by Orrefors (Sweden) in the 1960s. Hollywood Regency style. The chandelier is made of high quality polished brass and 10 large, thick sheets of clear glass. The brass frame is shaped like a sun. The clear glass leaves have a frosted relief on the inside and are shiny on the outside. The chandelier emits a dazzling light.Dimensions: total height 62 cm; diameter 56 cm. The chandelier requires 10 small E14 bulbs.Very good vintage condition. In perfect working condition. The glass leaves are in excellent condition, without chips or cracks. The brass frame is in its original vintage condition with a nice patina consistent with age and use.To ensure safe shipping, the chandelier will be disassembled for shipping (each sheet of glass will be packed separately).

Carl FAGERLUND

Carl Fagerlund (1915-2011) was a Swedish designer who worked mainly for the famous lighting design and manufacturing company, Orrefors Glassworks, in Sweden. He is best known for his glass lamp designs, which were very popular in the 1950s and 1960s.
