Vintage armchair by Rudi Verelst for Novalux, Belgium 1980s

Rare opportunity to buy this type armchair or occasional chair by Belgian designer Rudi Verelst for Novalux. It dates from the late 1970s. This model seldom comes onto the market and is a coveted piece of furniture for any lover of design. The original fabric cover is light beige in colour with a square pattern in a darker brown that matches the legs, cross and side stretchers. The fabric cover is stretched over the frame and it is fastened underneath the seat with springs. Condition: the cover is in optimal original condition and still very taught, offering optimal seating comfort. In excellent vintage condition. The fabric seat can be removed for dry cleaning.
