About this vintage design furniture
This rare chandelier was produced in Italy by the famous Venini glassworks around the 1960s. The chandelier is composed of two levels with 21 hexagonal crystal canes: 12 long ones on the upper level and nine shorter ones on the lower level. They are mounted on the cream painted metal structure and suspended from the 50 cm long metal chain. This superb example of mid-century Italian design is a decoration in itself, whether lit or not, creating a wonderfully sumptuous and impressive effect. The dazzling light effect comes from the central bulb that shines through the crystal glasses. The chandelier is in good condition overall, but some of the glass pieces show minor wear. Some of the metal nuts are missing, but have been replaced. The lamp is fully functional with the original wiring.Chandelier dimensions: height: 40cm diameter: 35cm Chandelier dimensions with chain: height: 90cm, diameter: 35cm
