About this vintage design furniture
Bistro table or pedestal table of secession style in stained beech and varnished mahogany,with,the base of the central shaft,the turn of the base and the tray in hammered brass painted in silver color,the base and the tray are covered with brown "ostrich skin" linoleum.Thonet,circa 1920. Josef HOFFMANN
1870 - 1956Josef Hoffmann (1870-1956) was an Austrian designer and architect. He was born in Pirnitz in Moravia, now in the Czech Republic, and studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna.
