About this vintage design furniture

One of the icons of Czech art deco design, armchairs model H-237, designed by Jindrich Halabala. The armchairs were manufactured in Czechoslovakia in the late 1930s. The structure is made of solid beech bentwood in a warm palisander color, finished with a semi gloss varnish. The upholstery is made of a high quality fabric characteristic for art deco furniture and pattern. The armchairs have been professionally restored - both wood and upholstery - upholstery recreated from scratch on original, newly tied springs, which provides comfort and durability. The wood has been polished and refinished with a semi gloss varnish. We can prepare these armchairs in different fabrics and wood according to your needs.
