About this vintage design furniture
Set EA 121 Easy chairs designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller, Fehlbaum in 1958. This is an original sixties set (1st version) from the well-known aluminium series and made at Fehlbaum for Herman Miller (now Vitra). These chairs can swivel and have an adjustable tilt mechanism. The condition of these armchairs is still in very good. The Herman Miller naugahyde leatherette is still in ver good condition. The frame has some signs of age and wear, which is normal for its age. One chair, the aluminium handlebracket on the back of the backrest has been re-polished (because the chrome there was peeling a bit). Material: aluminium partly chromed and Herman Miller naugahyde artificial leather. Dimensions: h x w x d 99 x 58 x 79 cm and the seat height is 43 cm. Marked: 68384, 938-011 and with the Herman Miller logo (see photo)’ A design icon from the 20th century. The price is for the set of two.
