About this vintage design furniture
Armchair model Coquilles 624 by Michel Ducaroy edited in 1958 by Ligne Roset (France) proposed in an exceptional condition, restored by an upholsterer, we have chosen a black fabric in looped wool. Wide and very comfortable, on a beechwood base this armchair is in perfect condition. Michel Ducaroy studied sculpture at the Beaux-Arts de Lyon in the early 50s. From his meeting with the chair manufacturer Roset in 1954, Michel Ducaroy will find the opportunity to design a line of furniture resolutely creative: a young furniture. Endowed with a great spirit of invention, Michel Ducaroy will create the essential seats of the 60s and 70s: marsala and togo lounges...
