About this vintage design furniture
Finest quality Danish teak chest of drawers by Holger Georg Jensen signed "HJ". The chest came together with a set of Kubus labelled nesting tables by the same designer which bear the same markings "HJ". Dates from the 1960s. Very good condition with minimal signs of age and use.

About the designer
Georg JENSEN
Georg Jensen was a Danish designer known for his work in the field of gold and silverware. Born in 1866 in Raadvad, a small town north of Copenhagen, he began his career as an apprentice jeweler with a local silversmith at the age of 14.
