About this vintage design furniture

This iconic ’LC7’ armchair was designed by Charlotte Perriand in 1927 for her own apartment in Paris. In 1928 it was shown at Salon des Artistes Décorateurs and joined one year later the collection Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret and Charlotte Perriand at the Salon d’Automne. Italian manufacturer Cassina started to produce the ’LC7’ in 1978. The ’LC7’ features four tubular steel legs that come together under the round seat. The seat as well as the tubular and horizontal placed armrest are in original soft white leather upholstery. Originally marked.
