About this vintage design furniture
Large altar from the monastery of Wittem in the Netherlands. Probably made around 1930 or 1940. It was restored somewhere in the 1970s with new veneer. The table has a mechanism that lifts it on wheels so it can be moved easily. The wheels retract inside the legs. It is 100 cm high so it is perfect as a bar table, shop counter or kitchen work table. The condition is good.
