About this vintage design furniture
Large pendant light in brushed aluminum with a glare protecting inner metal ring. This makes it pleasant to your eyes around a table even if the light is hung slightly high to spread the light wider. The "Top II" is the largest pendant version of this light which exists in several versions. It was created in 1972 by Danish architect couple Eva and Nils Koppel for the well known Danish light manufacturer Lyfa. Eva and Nils Koppel are mainly known as the designers behind the reconstruction of the famous "Langelinie pavilion" outside Copenhagen. Good over all condition with a few marks and scratches consistent with time. Some discoloration on the inside as seen in the last photo. Rewired for safety. Standard E27 light bulb socket.
