About this vintage design furniture
Nice Danish secretary, designed by Erling Torvits for Klim Møbelfabrik, 1960s. The top surface of the desk folds down to reveal three bow-tie drawers, located below two sliding door compartments. Two smaller drawers are located above the sliding door and can only be opened by a hidden locking mechanism. Nice quality. Denmark, c.1960-62. In a very good vintage stand, with minor signs of age. Ready to be installed.Size: 47.0 74.0 x 104.0 x 121.0 CM ( D x W x H ), recording height: 74.5 CM

About the designer
Erling TORVITS
Erling Torvits was a Danish industrial designer born in 1931 and died in 1989. He studied sculpture and ceramics at the Copenhagen School of Fine Arts, before turning to industrial design.
