Beautiful mid-century opal glass and ceramic table lamp. Designed by Ivan Jakeš for Osvetlovaci Sklo in Valašské Meziříčí in the former Czechoslovakia in the 1960s. Original wiring, fully functional. Bulbs: 1 x E27 or E26.
