Description: This delightful dining table and four chairs were designed and manufactured in England by Portwood furniture during the mid-twentieth century. The set features a striking mid-century design with its iconically shaped ’sledge’ shape chairs and table base The dining table extends to comfortably accommodate four to six dining chairs. The set boasts a striking sharp grain, rich tones and beautiful style throughout. Portwood was renowned for producing what is now keenly collected and highly regarded furniture. the company is synonymous with iconic design, quality materials, craftsmanship and is built for longevity. This is a real eye-catching set that is no longer in production. Item SKU: Condition: We have carefully stripped this table & chairs and refinished them with a coat of matt lacquer for a durable and lasting finish. The four chairs have been professionally reupholstered in a grey ’woollen’ material. We try to capture the condition of our items in our photographs as best as possible. Prior to dispatch All items are carefully cleaned and re-coated with danish oil to ensure your item is looking its best when delivered. This item is in very good condition with no faults.
