Classic mirror lampBathroom lamp, design Wilhelm Wagenfeld 1955 (Wagenfeld catalogue raisonné no. 347, see also "Täglich in der Hand - Industrieformen von Wilhelm Wagenfeld aus 6 Jahrzehnten" p. 323). Execution Lindner GmbH, Bamberg. Model no. 6060. White porcelain socket, shade of white opal glass. For 1 E27 bulb. To achieve an even illumination of the whole shade, we recommend to use candle shaft lamps. A second identical lamp is available. In good condition, 2 very shallow chips on the glass thread but not visible when mounted, rewired. Irregularities to the porcelain due to manufacturing. Professional installation is recommended. Height 42 cm, width 10,7 cm, depth 11,5 cm, weight approx. 800 g.

1900 - 1990Wilhelm Wagenfeld was a German industrial designer who was born on April 15, 1900 in Bremen and died on May 28, 1990 in Stuttgart. He is best known for his collaborations with the Jenaer Glaswerk Schott & Genossen glassworks and for his functional, minimalist design.
