About this vintage design furniture
This beech sofa was designed around 1945 by Søren Hansen to be made by the Fritz Hansen furniture factory as model 1778. It features a beautifully curved backrest in bentwood. The spokes provide stability and comfort. Seeing its age the chair is in a great condition, there are some normal traces of use, two spokes are a bit loose and there are drying cracks on the armrests of both sides .
