Vintage mahogany bookcase by Ulferts, Sweden 1960

This bookcase was made in the 1960s by the Swedish manufacturer Ulferts. The structure is covered with mahogany veneer. The legs are made of solid wood stained black, the handles are made of metal. The surface has been refreshed. The chest of drawers has two drawers, a cabinet and two shelves, the top one of which is adjustable in height. Inside the cabinet is a shelf, also adjustable. This piece of furniture will perfectly fulfill its role as a document or toy cabinet in the nursery or as a wardrobe in the bedroom. Condition: Surface of the chest of drawers after conservation. Minor scratches and marks are visible. More significant marks from use are still shown in the photos. The product is ready to be used. For safety reasons, the legs of the chest can be unscrewed and the shelves removed for transport. The assembly should not be a problem.
