About this vintage design furniture
Set of 2 dining chairs, model 42, designed by Kai Kristiansen and manufactured by Schou Andersen in the 1960s. The chair is made of solid teak and original blue boucle upholstery. The chair has a very comfortable pivoting back and a stable solid wood structure. Chair 42 perfectly exemplifies Danish modern design’s meld of form, space and functionality. Very good vintage condition, minor traces of use. Teak renovated with coat of Danish oil. The upholstery original. Detailed dimensions: Seat hight: 45 cm Arm hight: 67 cm

About the designer
Juul KRISTENSEN
Juul Kristensen is a Danish industrial designer born in Copenhagen in 1937. He studied at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, graduating in industrial design in 1961.
