About this vintage design furniture
A gorgeous coffee table with an organic, twisting base, and circular glass top – particularly reminiscent of Isamu Noguchi's eponymous classic coffee table of 1947. The delicate yet durable form of the polymorphic teak base is a real eye-catcher, and a beautiful example of mid-century design. The glass has been replaced and is new, whilst the wooden base has been lightly refinished to bring the piece into the 21st century. Indeed, this coffee table is an excellent addition in homes modern or classic, partly due to the versatility of that teak base.
