About this vintage design furniture
Iconic chandelier from the Ikora line designed by Kurt Radtke for WMF in 1961. Kurt Radtke was the successor and apprentice of one of the Bauhaus gurus, Wilhelm Wagenfeld, and the objects he designed were universal, simple and elegant. Two-armed silver-plated brass candlestick, brushed in addition. The Ixor flower, known as the "jungle flame," is the name and inspiration for a whole series of unique items that were designed by WMF designers from the late 1920s to the mid-1970s. Candlestick signed with an embossed signature.
