Jacques Adnet "Pigeon Blanc" craquelé faience Art Deco sculpture Jean & Jacques Adnet (1900-1984) & (1900-1995), France 1925 - 1930 Original edition. Cream white enamelled ceramic, manufacture de Montereau. Signed “ADNET” underglaze on the front of the base. This sculpture was presented at the exhibition of 1925 by "La Maîtrise" at the Galeries Lafayette managed by Maurice Dufrene. 20.5 cm H - 18.5 x 9 cm Ref: reproduced in “Les Craquelés Art Déco” by Alain Hardy and Bruno Giardi - Editions Penthesilia - 2009. Page 97. Conditions: excellent. Barely visible small chip on lower part of the base.
