About this vintage design furniture

This modular wall system was designed by Tjerk Reijenga for Pilastro in the 50s. The Pilastro shelving system has metal shelves and is a true example of Dutch Mid Century Modern Design. This wall rack is airy and playful and offers some serious shelving space for books or treasures. Big Pilastro wall system with nine shelves. Good vintage condition; some traces of use consistent with age, the black shelf and the white uprights are professionally repainted.
