About this vintage design furniture
Set of 2 wonderful ovoid glass elements bowls designed by Per Lütken and produced by Holmegaard (Denmark) in the 1960s. Colours: blue and light blue. Dimensions: smaller bowl: height: 5 cm and diameter: 11 cm; larger bowl: height: 6 cm and diameter: 19 cm. Both are marked by the producer as well as signed and numbered at the bottom (the smaller: 15737; the larger: 220558). Both are quite heavy: 0.9 kg and 2.1 kg. Very good vintage condition. Wear consistent with age and use, light scratches and one tiny flea bite on the side of the smaller bowl (last picture). Price for the pair.

About the designer
Per LÜTKEN
Per Lütken was a Danish glass designer born on March 17, 1916 in Copenhagen and died on July 19, 1998 in Holte, Denmark. He is best known for his work as senior designer at Holmegaard, a Danish glass company, from 1942 until his death.
