About this vintage design furniture
Beautiful pair of bedside lamps from the 60’s from the "Cubic" series by Gaetano Sciolari for Mazzega Murano. The shades measure 12 cm on each side and are made of hand-blown Murano art glass, transparent and orange. The frames are made of reflective chrome metal. The Cubic shades have a very particular shape, the glass itself has been deliberately worked in an irregular manner to create beautiful lighting effects when lit. See pictures. Suitable as a table or bedside lamp. The shades are original, with no cracks. Minor signs of age and use are present on the surface of the metal frames. Fully functional, ready to use. Wiring and switches have been replaced. Standard E27 sockets are original. Professionally cleaned. Weight: 1.3 kg each.
