Vintage faceted crystal and gold wall lamp by Kinkeldey, Germany 1970

Beautiful Hollywood Regency style wall sconce produced by Kinkeldey (Germany) in the 1970s. Executed to a very high standard. Metal base with 12 thick faceted diamond crystals, which are meticulously cut to radiate light in different directions. Requires two E14 bulbs. Measures: 21 x 21 x 12 cm. The original label is intact. Excellent vintage condition.Kinkeldey is a German manufacturer of high-end lighting. It gained international attention when it won the prestigious IF Design Award with a chandelier equipped with prism-cut crystals. In the 1970s, Kinkeldey produced a number of variations of this award-winning design, like the one offered here.
