About this vintage design furniture
This set of four vintage dining chairs was designed by Oswald Haerdtl in the 1950s, famous Austrian designer – together with Mr. Josef Hoffmann he designed the cafe terrace at the Vienna Werkbund Exhibition of 1930, where they designed every little detail from interiors to even cutlery. The chairs have been completely restored finished with high-quality lacquer that protects the wood and gives it a flawless finishing touch. This set has been reupholstered in high-quality fabric from Kvadrat, a beautiful dark brown mohair fabric (composition: 100 kids mohair). The backrests are veneered with beech wood. Please note that these are vintage items and although complete renovation process was made, they may show some small traces of use or imperfections.
