About this vintage design furniture

Teak oval extendable dining table, designed in the late 1960's by Victor Wilkins for G Plan and part of their Fresco range. The top is teak veneered, the frame and rim are solid afrormosia. In excellent condition, the top has been sanded and finished with Danish oil, the frame has been cleaned and polished. 163cm wide, 209cm in extension. 107cm deep. 72cm high.

Victor B. WILKINS

Charles Victor Wilkins (1893-1969) was an American industrial designer known for his work in the 1920s and 1930s. He was born in Brooklyn, New York, and studied at the Art Students League of New York and the New York School of Fine and Applied Art.
