About this vintage design furniture
A fantastic dining set designed by Louis van Teeffelen, manufactured by Wébé in the Netherlands around 1950. The set is made of high quality teak with a beautiful finish, tapered legs and curved details that are iconic for Van Teeffelen’s style. The chairs have the original beige upholstery to seats and backs with a lovely pattern on it. The table can easily be exnteded by pulling out the halves of the top and lifting the center panel. Like this, the set is versatile in use and fits many different decors and situations. A great find of Dutch mid-century design Dimensions of the chairs: W. 45 x D. 55 x H. 84 (SH. 50) cm Dimensions of the table: W. 118-157 x D. 82 x H. 75 cm The set remains in very good, vintage condition with minor wear with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
