About this vintage design furniture
Paolo Piva for B&B Italia - Alanda Coffeetable (signed) Majestic and large coffee table designed by the famous Austrian-Italian Architect and Designer Paolo Piva (13 March 1950 in Adria − 6 July 2017 in Vienna). Signed. This Alanda dates from the nineties and is very well preserved. Dimensions are 120 x 120 cm. The Height is 27cm. The weight is somewhere around 80 kg. The glas top is 1cm thick. with a black laqué metal structure on which rests an impressive glass tray. In mint condition

About the designer
Paolo PIVA
Paolo Piva was born in 1950 in Adria, a small town in northern Italy. He studied architecture at the University of Venice and began his career as an interior designer. In the 1970s, he began working for B&B Italia, where he created innovative, modern furniture that soon attracted worldwide attention.
