About this vintage design furniture
Originally designed by Florence Knoll in 1954, this sofa is a fantastic example of the modern aesthetic of the time. The design has since been updated with the Relax model which offers deeper seating and more comfort while retaining the original design features, including the angular profile and sleek silhouette. Constructed from a solid wood inner frame, the sofa sits on an exposed metal frame and legs painted in anthracite. Upholstered in a dark pink fabric, the sofa features three seat cushions and three back cushions that are zippered and removable. Three additional cushions, two larger and one smaller, in matching fabric, provide additional comfort. Perfect for a cozy living room or a larger open space, this iconic design will add a modernist touch while providing ultimate comfort. This item is in very good used condition. Wear is consistent with age and use. Minor discoloration. Good condition. Some marks on the painted metal frame. Marks and discoloration on the fabric upholstery of the sofa, seat cushions and accent pillows. Seller's reference number: S00018
