About this vintage design furniture
ONE PAIR IS AVAILABLE Rare desk of the French designer Pierre Paulin published by Thonet in the years 1955-1957. This desk is the model CM172, first edition, with two suspended pedestals. Very rare model with 6 drawers. Typical French modernist furniture with a black lacquered metal structure and mahogany pedestals creating an elegant contrast of colors and materials. This desk is a reference of the French furniture of the 1950s. It has clean minimalist lines. Its black formica top recalls the color of the cuffs. The pedestals rest on a beautiful Y-shaped brace base. Desk owned by an architect for a long time, so slight traces of use. No keys. A PAIR IS AVAILABLE
