About this vintage design furniture
A beautiful set of five dining chairs designed by Charles and Ray Eames, manufactured by Herman Miller for Vitra in Germany in 1970. Made of high quality orange fiberglass on the original chrome metal H-bases. These chairs, model DAX, have beautifully molded seats with integrated armrests. The fiberglass gives them a unique style that is a highly sought after piece of vintage design that can easily blend into many types of decor. Each chair has a brown fabric seat cushion attached to the seat. This adds to the comfort of the seat and provides a finishing touch to these charming dining chairs. The set remains in good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
