About this vintage design furniture
Practical set of 2 wandlampen from year 60 type 8493. Made by Carl Fagerlund for Orrefors Sweden. The lamps are made of thick glass with a raised frame and raised buttons. The light is very intense due to the raised glass. In good vintage condition.

About the designer
Carl FAGERLUND
Carl Fagerlund (1915-2011) was a Swedish designer who worked mainly for the famous lighting design and manufacturing company, Orrefors Glassworks, in Sweden. He is best known for his glass lamp designs, which were very popular in the 1950s and 1960s.
