Benny LINDEN

Linden's creations were influenced by Scandinavian design, characterized by a simple, functional and elegant aesthetic. He was known for using high-quality woods, such as walnut, cherry and teak, in his furniture.

One of his most famous designs is the "Siesta" chair, which became a symbol of modern design in the 1960s. This chair, which is still produced today, is designed to be both elegant and comfortable, with a reclining backrest and adjustable headrest.

Linden won numerous awards for his work, including the Smithsonian Institution Design Award and the National Endowment for the Arts Industrial Design Award. He died in 1995, but his designs continue to be sought after by collectors and design enthusiasts worldwide.
