Vintage table lamp by Accolay France 1970s

Fantastic mid-century vintage stoneware table lamp, signed Accolay, France, circa 1960-70. The base is stoneware with circular brown and orange grooves that run around the body to the neck where it meets the supports and socket. The lamp comes with its original tubular resin shade, wrapped with rope and twine to match the colors of the base, then coated with resin. When lit, it emits a warm, subtle golden hue (see photos). The piece is signed. The "Accolay" signature is on a piece of felt under the base, put in place to protect any surface the lamp is placed on. The lamp is in excellent original condition as it has been well cared for over time. No cracks or chips. Extremely light signs of age consistent with time and a nice patina of age. It has only been lightly dusted from the original patina. - It comes with its original plug, cord and switch. - It has been tested and works perfectly (see photos and video.) - Works with an E27 screw-in bulb (not included). - European plug up to 250V.
