About this vintage design furniture

This dining table is made of solid walnut veneer. It was designed by Jindrich Halabala for UP Zavody in the 1950s. The table measures 189 cm wide when fully extended. The table is in good original condition, with minor scratches and signs of use (as can be seen in the photos). The table is very easy to unfold thanks to a special steel cable mechanism. The legs can be simply removed for transport or storage. The table has a well preserved manufacturer's signature. The chairs shown in the pictures can be purchased as an extra.
