About this vintage design furniture

JORGE ZALSZUPIN, PRESIDENCIAL" ARMCHAIR Edition L'Atelier - Brazil, 1962 Armchair in thermoformed rosewood, black epoxy steel and chromed metal. The cushions are identical and covered with a tobacco colored suede ; a seat cushion is also included as on the last picture (possibility to interchange according to the tastes) Without cushions : Height 64 cm - Width 97 cm - Depth 76,5 cm. About the designer

Jorge Zalszupin

Jorge Zalszupin was a Brazilian designer of Polish origin, born in Warsaw in 1922 and died in São Paulo in 2020. After fleeing Poland with his family during the Second World War, he lived in Romania, France and Argentina before settling permanently in Brazil in 1949.
