About this vintage design furniture

The unique style of this table is recognized worldwide. Designed by Jindrich Halabala for UP Zavody in Czechoslovakia in the 1930s. The design of the table has been appreciated for decades: a wide, solid top and four curved legs. The design resembles a spider, hence the name. This table is made of oak wood with a beech veneer on the top. The table is in fully restored condition in an elegant high gloss finish. The top has a stunning original beech veneer in lighter blonde tones. It is superb. Beautiful and unique piece.
