About this vintage design furniture
This pair of Kusch + Co lounge chairs from the 8400 series is in black leather and in excellent condition. The leather is soft and the stainless steel frame shows no signs of wear. One of the chairs has a minor scratch on the backrest (large pinhead). Rare seating furniture from the pen of Jorgen Kastholm. Jorgen Kastholm designed these chairs for Kusch + Co in the 1970s and shows once again how high quality chairs can look light. Kusch + Co is a German manufacturer that has made a name for itself in the office furniture sector.

Jorgen Kastholm was a Danish designer born in Copenhagen on January 15, 1931 and died on February 27, 2007. He is best known for his modernist furniture designs, which reflect the influence of the minimalist, functional Scandinavian style.
