About this vintage design furniture
An original and very iconic set of five "Pillola" lamps very representative of the POP era Italian design from 1968 by Cesare Casati and Emanuele Ponzi for Ponteur, Italy. A set of five separate lamps in blue, white, green, red and yellow ABS plastic and acrylic, forming adjustable light weighted capsules in perforated Perspex set on circular altuglas bases. Publisher's stamps in original boxes This important set is representative of the Italian anti-design movement of the mid 1960s and 1970s.
