About this vintage design furniture
This is a chair designed by David Haig and made in Australia. This designer had the idea to use a leaf shape as a backrest, and found out that this was very comfortable, he used beech wood inlaid with walnut for these chairs. The v leg is also very stable, this is a very special set. No major production was made of this, sometime around 1970 Dim: Height 130 cm Wide 48 cm Seat height 45 Deep 61 cm
