About this vintage design furniture

Brass lamp with four shades. The outer lenses are covered with a yellow shade to ensure the reflection of a warm light. The small shade that hides the bulb holder has a dark grey coating to soften the light downwards. When lit, the lamp is soft and does not glare downwards, making it ideal for low hanging. The glossy surface captures and reflects the contours of the surrounding space. One of the few themes running through Jo Hammerborg's work at Fog & Mørup in the 1960s is that the lamps are often made from three different metals - copper, brass and aluminium. The lamp is in good condition with signs of wear in the form of small scratches and patina. Dimensions: diameter: 41cm height : 18cm The lamp has been carefully cleaned, it is equipped with a new cable of about 3 meters. The cable can be changed to any length and colour. Furthermore, a canopy is attached to the lamp. Please note that the items we sell are second hand, often 40-50 years old, and therefore have traces of use that cannot always be captured in the photos.
