Carlo RATTI

Carlo Ratti is known for his multidisciplinary approach and his ability to integrate digital technologies into architecture and the urban environment. He has worked on numerous projects around the world, including the "Digital Water Pavilion" project at Expo 2008 in Zaragoza, Spain, which won the Innovative Design Award at the 2008 Cannes Festival, and the "Cloud Cast" installation at the 2010 Venice Biennale.

In addition to his design activities, Carlo Ratti is also a professor at MIT, where he directs the Senseable City Lab, a research laboratory on smart cities and urban technologies. He was included in Fortune magazine's "40 Under 40" list in 2012 and Wired magazine's "50 Most Influential People in Technology" list in 2013.
