About this vintage design furniture
The highboard was manufactured in the 1960s in the Danish manufacturer Bruno Hansen, designed by the famous designer Henning Kjaernulf. The structure is covered with rosewood veneer. The legs and handles are made of solid wood. The surface has been refreshed. Inside, the space has been filled with adjustable shelves and four drawers. The practical solution of sliding doors allows a large free space in front of the cabinet without restricting access to the interior. In addition, the sliding door is the ideal solution for using the furniture for audio equipment. Condition: The surface of the furniture after cooling. Minor scratches and filled veneer defects are visible. Larger traces of use are always shown in the photos. The product is ready for use. For safety reasons, for transport, furniture may have the legs unscrewed and the shelves or sliding doors removed. Assembly should not be a problem. About the designer
Henning KJAERNULF
Henning Kjaernulf (1929-2009) was a Danish designer who left his mark on the 1950s-1970s with his functional, elegant furniture. He studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, where he was trained in carpentry and design.
