About this vintage design furniture
This dark brown maralunga was designed in the 70s and is made of the typical thick leather. It is in excellent condition. The leather is intact and the joints of the backrest work perfectly. Only one of the foot corners shows slight signs of wear. The Maralunga was designed by Vico Magistretti in 1973 and has been popular ever since. It is characterized by its flexibility of the backrest, which can be changed from a stylish lounge chair to a high-back chair in seconds. In 1964, Cassina signed an exclusive license agreement to work on the furniture designed by Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret and Charlotte Perriand.
