From the first quarter of the 20th century, this quality oak piece has a superb natural grain and is offered in excellent condition, well cared for and maintained over time. Maple & Co was one of the most successful British furniture manufacturers and retailers. The company has a reputation for fine quality, craftsmanship and were specialists in copying old designs and bringing them up to date. They produced many quality pieces of furniture in designs and were well known for their quality arts & crafts and art deco Furniture. Maple & Co have a royal charter seal of approval as one of the makers and suppliers of furniture to the aristocracy in the United Kingdom. York Cottage, the British home to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle was furnished almost exclusively furnished by Maple & Co. The headboards have holes ready to be fitted to the wall.
